A list of open sales order items will be displayed for selection before executing the update. Upon completion of the update, a list of all successful update is printed for verification, as well as unsuccessful update. ·Customer Partner Functions: This report will give details of partner funcations of customer i.e. In basic list it display customer number and name by selecting the check box <= 10 only (checkboxes displayed for every customer) on selection, customer details and DCH, DIV, the partner function with their respective description displayed in the secondary list. The SAP standard report does not provide full information as per user's request, and therefore this report is needed. ·Stock Analysis for Damaged Goods report: This report will track all movements of dented stock e.g., goods returned from trade, stock which has been scrapped, stock which was transferred from production, etc. Dented stock, which has been sold to staff, will also be listed. ·Stock valuation report with summary : Created an ALV report showing stocks of Materials and receipts, consumption and sales data for selected interval In addition, a summarized report can also be opted for by the user where in selection for five types of summary is available ·Material Status: Created an ALV Report for displaying plant status report to know the status of a materials and stock . Batch Data Communication ·Developed BDC program to load purchase information records for all materials (ME11) from legacy system and to create customer master (XD01) by call transaction method. ·Uploaded Material master-consumption, Pricing, and purchase info records from legacy system to R/3. ·Developed a Batch Input Program to transfer Customer information record from legacy Into SAP using transaction code (VD51) and also for physcial inventory record using transaction MI10. ·Using the standard data conversion program uploaded the material master data from legacy system to SAP R/3 using flat flies.
